A motorcycle rider recently went viral after sharing an incident involving him and a woman he accidentally bumped into in the middle of the road on Friday morning.
Pasay Road Incident
Luckily, Jerome Natividad got dash cam to document his ride until he accidentally hit a woman along the traffic in Double Dragon Pasay. In the video, Jerome can be seen getting in his way between two vehicles while on traffic until the alleged woman crossed and got hit. They both stumble in the middle of the road but the woman is quick enough to pull herself up because the traffic light is about to turn green. She then ran away as if nothing happened.
Claiming Damages
Meanwhile, Natividad tail the woman wanting to claim damages for the scratches he got and his motorcycle. The woman kept walking towards the nearest building where she probably works and insists to let her go. The woman got small wounds on her arm, as seen on the video. However, Jerome kept insisting that they should talk regarding the damages caused in the incident. He even heads up the security guards of the establishment to put the woman on hold.
Angela Cruz
The guards on duty logged the name of both parties instead of verification. Natividad posted the video on social media asking anyone to help for the identification of the old lady because the latter didn’t return after giving her name as Angela Cruz.
Kamote Rider
Instead of getting help and sympathy from netizens, Jerome got bashed for tailing the woman for the wrong reason. Netizens taught that the man followed the woman to ask if she is fine or if she needed to be rushed to the nearest hospital but instead claim for the damages incurred in his vehicle. He was castigated even more for abandoning his back rider. Netizens call him a “kamote rider” (pertaining to undisciplined motor riders).
The video, as claimed by netizens, is a piece of evidence against the uploader, hence, a wrong move to upload it on social media.
