Mister Nagmakaawa Kay Misis Matapos Sumama Sa T0mb0y Na Katrabaho

This calm and composed man from Samar went all the way to Raffy Tulfo to ask for help regarding his mar*tal problems. Darwenio Yee said that his wife, Delia Dalimbang Yee, ran off with her workmate, Cecil Mendoza.

To help him, Raffy Tulfo asked the expert opinion of Atty. Paul Castillo. However, the lawyer said that Darwenio cannot press charges of ad*ltery to the couple because the law states that only when a woman engages in making love with another man can she be liable for any penalty. But the law never stated that this is true for a woman who is engaging with extra mar*tal af*airs with another woman.

Since that was no help, Raffy Tulfo proceeded to call the employer of Delia and Cecil, Jeamelle Mangonon. She confessed that she may have noticed that her two housekeepers look int*mate, but has already told them off. She agreed to dismiss the couple after getting back from her vacation.

Darwenio told Raffy that he already talked to his wife and her partner about their af*air. Delia agreed to move back to Samar with him for the sake of the kids. Plus, he is also warn Delia that their kids will be the one to press charges for her negligence as their mother.

The poor man only wants his wife back but at this point, the law is actually a hindrance for justice. Will he be able to get his wife from Cecil or will they get ann*lled and agree to live their lives separately?

That's the problem with our current laws. Until such a time that our Constitution recognizes the validity of same gender relationships, no penalty will also be applied. People like Darwenio and his kids will suffer, and people like Cecil will continue engaging such acts until they get the sanctions that they deserve.
