It has already been a few days since we heard of the news of Jonathan "Chokoleit" Aguilar Garcia last Sunday morning. However, the difficulty of l0sing him has taken its toll to his family and friends. That's why in his w@ke service, his closest friends, Pokwang, K Brosas, Pooh, and even Vice Ganda went out of their way to stay by Chokie's side.
Pokwang, K Brosas, and Pooh are the busiest of Chokie's friends as they visit the comedian's w@ke almost everyday. During one of her visits, however, Pokwang indulged reporters with an interview about Chokie and how she has been coping with a life without her best friend.
Pokwang told that she wasn't actually the first one to know about her friend. Most of her friends began messaging her since everything happened one early morning. She remembered that she couldn't even cry properly because she was beside her baby girl, Malia, during that moment.
She also talked about Chokoleit's condition and how his dedication to his work may have affected his health. Pokwang reminded everyone that it's important to rest and to prioritize our health above all.
But the comedienne began tearing up when she shared her fondest moments with the beloved comedian. Pokwang said that they just end up laughing with whatever her dear friend Chokoleit did.
She also said that Chokoleit has already showed up in her dreams.
Pokwang said that on the second day of his w@ke, Chokoleit showed up in her dreams.
In the dream, she saw Chokoleit actually scolding her for not having enough resealable plastic bags for him to bring home treats from Pokwang's kitchen.
She fondly recalled the times that the comedian would visit her just to rummage through her kitchen for "takeouts".
The l0ss of a dear friend is actually a really difficult thing to move on from. Surely, everyone that loved Chokie is still trying to face the fact that he can no longer be there for them, he can never share laughter and smiles again, and that one good person has left this world.
