Just this Wednesday morning, March 3, 2020, a news broke saying that a gun shooting happened at Kamuning Quezon City and the netizens went wild after discovering that the culprits tried to shoot Kim Chui who was inside the van, who was sleeping at the moment when the crime happened.
It was a great shocked to everyone especially for those who personally know the actress, who is known to be very friendly, bubbly and kind. So it was an indeed big question on what was the motive of the two unnamed suspects upon attempting to harm the actress.
According to Kim Chui's Instagram post hours after the incident took place, the actress said that she, herself was perplexed about the intention for she does not have any enemy. She attached several photos of her injured car and some bullets that managed to get inside the vehicle and said she was thankful that God guided her all through out the situation.
It was because instead of proceeding to read her script while on the way to the taping, the actress decided to listen on her instinct and take a nap for awhile, thus when the incident happened, she was already lying on the car seat making her somehow protected.
But despite of the traumatizing event, the netizens were amazed as another news came and said Kim decided to proceed on her shooting for her new running series, Love Thy Woman to show professionalism. The fans, although worried and scared for the actress showed support and love for Kim who still chose to work instead of taking a rest after the chaos.
