It's no secret that McDonald's and Jollibee are rival fast food chains in the Philippines. With the yellow clown Ronald and the red bee, Jollibee, they've been dominating the food industry in the country. Several memes have come and gone that talk about their rivalry -- just like photos of their delivery men awkwardly seeing each other inside an elevator.
But a YouTube video recently went viral after the vlogger, Tukomi dressed up as Ronald McDonald and went inside Jollibee to eat McDo food! How cool is that?
The video almost have 2 million views with 65 thousand likes, and more than 13,000 comments!
When "Ronald" went inside the Jollibee store, the security guards and service crew noticeably looked surprised and amused at the same time -- but as good customer service people, they did not do anything to the clown.
Ronald went ahead and looked for a seat, which he found between two eating customers and brought out his own food. His seatmates stared in awe as the yellow clown began eating his Big Mac right in front of them.
The rest of the regulars are in shock after seeing Ronald eating his food there!
And as a good sport, Ronald eventually fell in line to try out Jollibee's famous food.
