Obviously, the whole world doubts the kind of relationship they have. Some say Stefani just married for the money, while some say Don was just looking for a young trophy wife to prove the world he is so much more than his age.
But the two insist-- they are united by nothing but love. Given that you would believe that, one still can't helo but ask, what would a 24-year-old girl and a 69-year-old man have in common, anyway? Well, Stefani and Don insist they have a strong and deep sense of connection. How you ask?

One day, while the couple was lounging in bed, Stefani decided to get sweet and asked Don to tell her a secret, something not a lot of people know. That's when he revealed he actually had a 24-year-old son with his ex-wife whom he doesn't have a good relationship with. Stefani got curious, and asked Don what the child's name was.
When Don told her, Stefani was beyond surprised. You see, she recognized Don's son as a childhood friend! They were actually classmates since kindergarten, all throughout primary school! Can you imagine how that made Don feel?
