The eldest son of the notable boxing champ, “Pambansang Kamao" senator Manny Pacquiao, Emmanuel Pacquiao Jr.(most commonly known as Jimuel) is starting to gain attention and appreciation because of how good looking he is. And now that his son is growing so fast, the netizens and the fans are asking one thing:
Is he going to follow his father’s legacy in boxing?
As a matter of fact, Jimuel had started training in boxing at a young age, and had competed several times but according to his parents, they are most favorable on their son’s interest on joining show business instead of pursuing his career on boxing.
In fact, Jimuel have signed a contract with Star Magic and is now part of the family.
“I’m very happy ‘cause ever since din, I got interested in acting. So I’m very, very happy naman na I’m part of Star Magic now,” Jimuel stated on an interview.
He said that he is beyond thankful for the opportunity and is looking forward to work hard to prove his skills and talent in the industry.
“Sa ngayon, it’s just mostly studying acting. And siguro dance and acting workshops here and there para slow and steady. In the past, it was mostly just in school. Like I’ve done acting in school like presenting in front of the high school theater class. And also with the dance class. So yeah, I performed a few times like in school lang din mostly ganu’n. Or special occasions.”
When asked about his dream co-star, Jimuel immediately answered that it will be Kathryn Bernardo and Liza Soberano.
Jimuel explained that these two are really talented, and it will be a dream come true for him to work with them even for just one scene.
Is he still going to continue competing in boxing? Apparently, this matter seeemed to be unsettled on Jimuel’s parents side as they are still being careful upon taking next steps towards their eldest son's future. What can you say about this?
