If you're a beautiful woman, how will you use your looks in order to lead a better life? Will you set it aside and prove that beauty without brains is nothing? Or will you be wise and use it to your advantage? Well, this lady from China decided to go with the latter, and got the results she wanted.
Recently, a Chinese woman became viral online after a friend of hers shared her story. She performed the ultimate hustle using her looks, and was able to buy a house? How did she do it? Her scheme involved having to lure 20 men to fall in love with her and ask them to buy whatever she wanted.
Some people actually doubted Qiaoba's story, but sources say that BBC itself authenticated the woman's claims.
"Everyone in the office is talking about this now," Qiaoba said proudly in an interview with BBC.
According to Qiaoba, she and her friend weren't from wealthy families that's why she was shocked that Xiaoli was able to buy a house. Furthermore, she rationalized her friend's acts by saying that Xiaoli's parents are getting ld and she has been under a lot of pressure to quickly find her own home.
What's more interesting is that Xiaoli was able to ask for the iPhone 7s the very same year it was released in the markets. Meaning, her boyfriends were able to buy it for her at the highest price.
In China's social microbloggng site, Sina Weibo, netizens have remarked how incredible Xiaoli was.
“I can’t even find one boyfriend. She can actually find 20 boyfriends at the same time and even get them to buy her an iPhone 7. Just want to ask her to teach me such skills,” wrote one user.
However, not everyone agreed with Xiaoli's methods. Some people even called her "shameless". But that's what you get with toying other people's hearts and actually monetizing relationships? That's some crazy guts she has! What do you think about Xiaoli's actions? Did her end goal (getting a house), justified the means she used to get it (tricking 20 men into buying her an iPhone 7s)?
