Why would this Man drink his own Urine? Find out the Health benefits of this drink!

We've seen a lot of bizarre concoctions online that claim to have good effects on our health. And most of us would think twice before actually trying anything out -- especially if we have no idea if the said drink would actually yield good results. But this man, by the name of Fabian Farquharson not only believed and tried one home remedy once, but made it his everyday routine!

What could this drink be? Ah yes, it's drinking a pint of his urine every, single day.

You heard me right. this 37-year-old man from Sheffield South Yorkshire started his weird regimen three years ago just after reading about the drink's amazing benefits online.

He's not some crazy man. In fact, he's an interior designer in his hometown and works seemingly fine. According to Fabian, his regimen would be drinking a pint of his own fresh urine, chased down with 300- 400 mL of aged urine.

Fabian claims that this drink made him happier, healthier, and smarter, too!

"I'd been researching alternative medicines when I read about drinking aged urine," says Fabian.

"I've always been open-minded about that sort of thing, so I decided to give it a go and drink it fresh. It tasted a bit like a bitter ale initially, it was quite strong but not a terrible taste and I had no problem finishing the glass. It was about half an hour later that I started to feel amazing, I was absolutely bursting with energy. Now I'd never go a day without it and would recommend it to anyone."

Fabian also claims that by aging urine, storing urine for at least a month to get a pH level of 9, which increases the potency of its benefits through what he calls a "magnification process".

His friends and family were not surprised with his new routine, since he is already a "fruitarian" -- a man who exclusively lives off just with fruits.

Drinking urine actually dates back from the Bible and can be traced in Aztec, Indian, and Chinese history as well. According to Daily Mail, urine is highly sterile, with 95 percent water and 5 percent nutrients. But Dr. Rob Hicks told them that there are no scientific basis for the supposed benefits of urine. There simply is no backing. He also said that the kidneys have already filtered and removed urine out of our system, so why put them back? He finally suggested to just look for other -- more palatable -- ways to keep us happier, healthier, and smarter.
